🎹 Greetings from Santa Barbara! Four years ago this week, I released my piano album, Santa Barbara Flow, recorded live at Lotte Lehmann Concert Hall at UCSB, where I went to college. This weekend I'm back on campus, and it's been a special few days! Today, Kevin Gilligan and I connected with UCSB Greek life students on tips for getting jobs and developing careers. 💼 What sparked the most questions? How I built my Two-Year Waitlist Maestro™ Music Teacher Rate Calculator app! It was a great reminder that the skills we build at the piano, like focus, discipline, and creative problem-solving, carry into college and every career. And tonight I'm in the stands as my daughter's UCSD soccer team takes on UCSB. ⚽ Go Tritons! 💙💛 🎧 Listen to Santa Barbara Flow on Spotify: https://open.spotify.com/album/21kvTqWiVMP8Rfv97oa8dp 🎹 Teachers, try the free Rate Calculator: https://go.wenjenpiano.com/link-in-bio Students and families: what's one thing piano has taught you outside of music? Teachers: what's a problem in your studio you wish there were a tool for? Please share below! 👇
